BBQ CHICKEN DRY RUB
Salt flavored with smoked paprika with a touch of mild curry. My mixture is not designed to make a crust, but to enhance the delicate taste of your smoked chicken. I use it for poultry, but just as good on grilled pork, vegetables, salads, eggs, homemade crisps. Unsweetened, it does not stick on the grill. You can therefore use it without fear for your grills. 180 gr jar with spout. USE: On your BBQ chicken, wings, burgers, salads, pork skewers, lamb, etc.
