Salt flavored with smoked paprika with a touch of mild curry. My mixture is not designed to make a crust, but to enhance the delicate taste of your smoked chicken. I use it for poultry, but just as good on grilled pork, vegetables, salads, eggs, homemade crisps. Unsweetened, it does not stick on the grill.
