White Turnip

The rabiole, or white turnip, belongs to a large family that includes cabbage, mustard and radish. Mini crabapples are round tubers with a very thin skin and a firm white flesh that has a subtle flavor that is much sought after by chefs! Our baby greens are sold with their leaves which are also edible.
