AAA Aged Tomahawk Beef Rib (4x1 FF) - Prepared from a 12-rib forequarter. The rib primal (ribs) with flank is separated by a saw cut between the 5th and 6th ribs. The flank is separated from the rib primal by a saw cut perpendicular to the ribs and 8 inches from the ribeye. The rib cap, scapula bone, dorsal tendon, and dorsal bones are removed. The ribs are 100% denuded so that the 7-rib primal can be cut with a knife between the ribs. Certified halal, locally raised and processed.
