Crafted from organic maple water and aged in amphora, this refined wine reveals oxidative notes of nuts, spices, and dried fruits, supported by a rich, buttery, and enveloping texture. Inspired by great winemaking traditions, it recalls the character of Jura’s vin jaune while offering a 100% Québec signature. Pairings: perfect with firm cheeses, goat cheese, and blue cheeses, as well as smoked nuts, foie gras, tartares, sushi, Asian dishes, spicy cuisine, grilled foods, and smoked or cured meats.
