Lean beef stir fry strips, vacuum sealed in a 2.5 kg bag with 2 bags per case. AA beef strips, cut by knife to a length of 10 to 13 cm, with a width and thickness of approximately 1 to 1.5 cm on average. Designed for the institutional market. Raised and produced entirely in Quebec.
