Buckwheat microgreens have green leafy tops and peachy-orange colored stems and are mildly tangy in flavor. These gluten-free relatives of the rhubarb and sorrel family are high in protein and taste great in a salad, sandwich or wrap. Rich in antioxidants quercetin and rutin. Organically grown in Saint-Faustin-Lac-Carré, Quebec.
