(Bold) A blend that was created for Ripplecove Inn, in the beautiful Eastern Townships of Québec. Mrs. Stafford who owns the Inn with her husband, wanted a blend that nobody else had. So our team got together and created what today we call the Ripplecove Blend. A highly aromatic, full bodied and yet delicately sharp coffee. Great for those who enjoy coffee with character. Sharp and aromatic, with a lingering flavour.
