Quebec, a land where resources and traditions abound, offers us the chance yet again to showcase another Nordic jewel: the cranberry. In our recipe, this fruit is complemented by juniper berry, which brings balanced notes of resin and tannin. This syrup is infused with the mild, sweet fragrance of fir buds, as comforting as a fine boreal cotton candy.
