We spent several months researching, conducting numerous R&D tests, recipes, and finally settled on a blend that respects the purest tradition of Herbes de Provence, while many companies offer derivative blends that stray from the history of these precious spices. As with all our spice blends, we took care to select top-quality spices to offer you maximum flavor and enjoyment. Additionally, we opted for a NO SALT formulation. A blend of Herbes de Provence can be used in many recipes, here are some examples: 1. Herbes de Provence Chicken: Chicken marinated with Herbes de Provence, garlic, and lemon, then roasted in the oven. 2. Ratatouille: A mix of Mediterranean vegetables such as eggplant, bell pepper, zucchini, and tomato, seasoned with Herbes de Provence. 3.
