The été indien is a well-rounded, well-balanced coffee. Its little hint of acidity gives it a pleasantly complex side. The taste of nougat is very present. Its texture is honeyed and its final chocolaty hazelnut. A cup with an enveloping taste, a gentle awakening without any bitterness.
