La Grivoise - Barrel Aged

Christmas beer aged in Pinot Noir barrels - 9.5% alc./vol. The mythical Grivoise slept for two years in Pinot Noir barrels, without ullage, which resulted in this brown beer with scents of spices, and wonderful notes of wood, dried fruits and vanilla. Its palate evokes flavours of traditional fruit cake and offers a warm and smooth finish, all of which allows savvy and saucy tasters to liberate themselves from time and space.
