Muesli bread (boutique)

Our traditional white dough which we add wheat bran, oatmeal, mix of 8 grains and dried fruit (cranberries, figs and raisins). Despite its elaborate composition, it is not dense, the bread rather has a honeycombed light crumb that will appeal to all. The presence of small fruits adds a sweet touch.
