Mushrooms marinated with northern spices and garlic
These Canadian oyster mushrooms are marinated in oil flavoured with garlic and dune pepper, along with sweetfern and myrica gale leaves. A perfect appetizer, they're slightly tangy and irresistibly fragrant. Eat them straight from the pot, serve them as an appetizer, or add them to your salad. Anti-waste tip: when you finish a pot, strain the oil and make a vinaigrette from it!
