Some learn their lesson, some choose to live a little recklessly. Every seasoned bagel lover knows: no matter how carefully you eat, a runaway sesame seed always ends up somewhere you'd never expect. Whether it be the bagel flying out of the oven, or tucked neatly into a bag, we all face the same dilemma – only bigger. Those perfectly roasted seeds have a way of scattering everywhere long before they reach your mouth. We decided to do something so remarkable that its story is almost as unique as its taste: today's eco-conscious mindset meets Montreal's immigrant culinary heritage in a 250 mL glass bottle. Made in small batches from seeds roasted in our wood-fired oven and artisanally pressed, this zero-waste roasted sesame oil has a rich and full-bodied flavour – a taste reminiscent of Montreal's warmth and creativity.
