St-Maurice - Barrel Aged

Grisette aged in Brunello barrels - 5.7% alc./vol. St-Maurice is an ultra dry, cloudy blond with a complex nose of white flesh fruits, red wine and greenery aromas. Fermented with 100% wild yeasts in Tuscan red wine barrels, this beer offers on the palate a pleasant acidity and a straightforward and lasting bitterness. These properties make it the perfect companion for long nights when thirst refuses to be vanquished.
