Totonaco vanilla powder

The vanilla powder is made with whole vanilla beans, of the highest quality, and reduced to a fine powder here in Quebec to ensure the highest purity of the product. The powder is easy to measure and its moisture content is stable at 7%. The powder particles are less than 3000 microns. It is produced with vanilla grown by the vainilleros of the Totonac nation of Papantla, Mexico: the cradle of vanilla.
