Wild Pepper Duck Foie Gras

WILD PEPPER DUCK FOIE GRAS Pure foie gras with a hint of Madagascar wild pepper. RECIPE 140g block of foie gras. Selected pieces of foie gras in a block. This block of foie gras with wild pepper is flavorful and balanced. DIRECTIONS FOR USE Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Before opening, let it sit for a few minutes to facilitate removal. Open both lids and gently push the product in by the widest part. Delicious on a slice of toasted brioche or placed on a filet mignon. RECOMMENDED WINES White: Sauternes, Late Harvest STORAGE In a sterilized can, keep for 3 years before opening. Store at room temperature. Keep in the refrigerator for a few days after opening.
