Fromage à pâte ferme, très doux, à saveur de noisette. Il s'apparente au fromage de type Suisse parsemé de grands "yeux" brillants. Fabriqué depuis 1968, il demeure un classique.Distinction : 2e prix- The Royal Agriculture Winter Fair 2012
