Fire Salt

Peppermaster Infusions are a line of rubs and seasonings that force fresh locally grown peppers into dehydrated ingredients. The first one was made in 2006 and is called Fire Salt, a uniquely delicious melange of Newfoundland Sea Salt and fresh local peppers including Apocalypse, Death Spiral, Dragon’s Breath, Scorpion, Carolina Reaper. This salt captures and preserves both the flavour and heat of the peppers in just a few grains of salt.
