Le Fleuri du versant nord, made from high-quality organic milk from the JMA Gauthier farm (Lait’xcellent BIO ) The Fleuri du versant is a delicious soft cheese with a bloomy rind. It could be compared to a Brie or a Camembert, as they belong to the same family. Its generoux and creamy texture makes it melt in the mouth. A flavour of slightly sweetened fresh cream makes it perfect for cheese plates or cooking.
