Marrow bones

Marrow bones (50lb) - Prepared from the carcass. The marrow bone from the femur (portion of the leg) and humerus (part of the shoulder). During deboning the marrow bones are cut in half. INFO: the tibia, the marrow bone from the hind shank and the ulna radius, the marrow bone from the fore shank are not deboned; they must be used for making of osso buco.
